This is a 1 hour introductory workshop designed to prepare new and expecting parents to respond confidently to CPR and Choking emergencies involving newborns and infants.

The session is practical and hands-on, giving parents the opportunity to learn and practice the essential skills with an instructor before the baby arrives.

Participants also receive take-home support materials, including an emergency numbers card for the fridge, a laminated A4 quick reference poster, and a compact A6 guide card that can be attached to a nappy bag for easy access

This workshop is conducted according to Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa standards and guidelines.

This is a participation-only workshop, so no certificate is issued upon completion 

Cost is R375.00 per attendee

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding products
  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Opened skincare or bath items
