Shipping policy

We currently offer door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard delivery: R100

  • Free delivery: Orders over R1,500 qualify for free shipping

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been collected by The Courier Guy, delivery times are typically 1–5 working days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order has been collected by The Courier Guy. You can use this link to track your parcel in real time.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
