Refund policy

At Mamma and Cub, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. We take great care in curating quality products for moms, babies, and toddlers — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding products
  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Opened skincare or bath items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please email us at hello@mammaandcub.co.za before sending it back.

2. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit or refund.

3. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll happily cover the return courier costs.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging — our team will resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return courier costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
