The Mimi LUNO 2-in-1 is the carrycot-focused version of the LUNO travel system. It is designed for newborn walks and everyday stroller use, but does not include a car seat or ISOFIX base.

- The system includes a two-year warranty
- Local South African support and replacement-part assistance are available
- Eligible unused products have a 14-day standard return period

We currently offer door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy.
Shipping Rates
- Standard delivery: R100
- Free delivery: Orders over R1,500 qualify for free shipping
Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been collected by The Courier Guy, delivery times are typically 1–5 working days, depending on your location.

1. Returns
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding products
- Underwear or swimwear
- Opened skincare or bath items
