How to use:

For cold therapy: Place gel pads in the fridge for approximately 1 hour, then apply to the affected breast for 10–20 minutes.

For warm therapy: Place soother in a bowl of warm water for 5–7 minutes, dry off, then apply to the breast and leave for 10–20 minutes.

Always wrap gel pads in a clean cloth or wear with a supportive maternity bra to hold in place. If damaged, discard immediately.
