Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been collected by The Courier Guy, delivery times are typically 1–5 working days, depending on your location.

Returns Policy

At Mamma and Cub, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. We take great care in curating quality products for moms, babies, and toddlers — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding products
  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Opened skincare or bath items
